Grape Varieties: 
100% Black Grenache (Garnatxa Negra)

Winemaking: 
A direct-press rosé. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are quickly pressed to ensure minimal color extraction. This is followed by four months of aging on the lees with battonage.

Analysis: 
Alcohol content: 13.5%

Tasting Notes:
Pale salmon color with a more intense rim. The nose offers an intense expression of red fruits, delicate floral notes, and a mineral undertone. On the palate, it is luscious, supple, and very fresh, with a long finish that invites another glass. It is a well-balanced wine featuring both structure and freshness.

Food Pairing:
This is a very versatile wine that pairs perfectly with salads and mild vinaigrettes, pasta and rice dishes with seafood sauces, both oily and white fish, and especially sushi, shellfish, creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert, and roasted or grilled meats. And why not? With a good dessert; the sweetness of the dish contrasts beautifully with the wine’s freshness.
